How do I get my gift matched?

After making a gift to Saul and Dayee Haas Foundation, you can participate in a corporate matching gift program by obtaining a matching gift form from your (or your spouse's) employer's personnel office, and by following the directions below for initiating a matching gift.

Aside from the positive impact on the Haas Foundation, a matching gift from your company is valuable not only for what it does to enrich the Foundation, but for what it says about your company's commitment to education and young people.

Each company has its own guidelines for employees, spouses, retirees and widows/widowers. Most corporate procedures are very simple:

1. Request a Matching Form from your company.
2. Complete and submit the form to Saul and Dayee G. Haas Foundation along with your gift.
3. Saul and Dayee G. Haas Foundation will verify the completed form and return it to the company.
4. The company issues a matching gift contribution to Saul and Dayee G. Haas Foundation .
5. You will receive a notice from Saul and Dayee G. Haas Foundation that your company’s matching gift has been received. Please note, sometimes this can take at least 4 months from the date of your gift.

Please Note: You will need to send a separate matching gift form with each pledge payment until the pledge is paid in full. If you choose to send just ONE matching gift form, please wait until your pledge is paid in full then send in the matching gift form for the total amount.
