Assistant Volunteer Coordinator - [ONE OPENING]

Work closely with the Volunteer Coordinator in a mentoring role, with the eventual goal of becoming the Volunteer Coordinator. As the assistant you will be responsible for the HR volunteer folders on each volunteer, assuring privacy, confidentiality and that each volunteer packet is completed properly. In addition, once volunteer is confirmed this position will set up each volunteer with a password and ID, allowing volunteers access to our website. The on-site assistant will enter all volunteers, Board and Committee members into the agency’s database, updating annually or on an as-needed basis. Additional duties will be assigned as assistant completes tasks. This position requires volunteer to be in our office a minimum of 4 hours a week. Accounting Assistant - [ONE OPENING]

Need volunteer Fridays between 11 a.m. to 2ish. This volunteer will work closely with the accountant on a variety of tasks including the following: updating vendor lists, calling vendors for missing invoices/receipts, contacting schools who have not cashed a grant check, inputting grant amounts on customized webpage for each school, etc. Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus, but not a requirement. "Create your own" Internship (Two openings per quarter/semester) - [ONE OPENING]

This can be for a college student, a recent college graduate, or even a retired individual. Our goal is to interview you, learn your area of interest, your skill set, and hear your dreams. During our process we will share our dreams and goals and hopefully discover a match! We require a minimum of 12 weeks, at 20 to 40 hours a week. Our internships are project based experiences including donor cultivation events, fundraising committee work, setting up speaking engagements for the Executive Director and board members, creating volunteer celebrations, etc. We provide a phone, desk, PC and a positive work environment. Looking for a volunteer who is enthusiastic and talented to be a part-time assistant graphic designer. Work would include support in designing newsletters, brochures, business cards, and letterheads as well as various other projects. Database Support - in our office only - No experience is needed! [TWO OPENINGS]

We are seeking volunteers who like to type and do data entry. Speed is not as important as accuracy. We have one dependable volunteer and need two more. We would like volunteers to be available weekly for 2-4 hours per week. Time and day of the week are flexible. Once the volunteer is trained and a system is created to communicate what needs to be entered, we provide a key and encourage the volunteer to set their own schedule. Student (High School) Volunteer Positions - [TWO OPENINGS]

Two hardworking, creative students who can do accurate work in office assistance and project support. The student volunteer will be paired with another local student while working in the office, so ability to work cooperatively is a must. After training the volunteer will be needed one day a week, Monday afternoon, but should be available two days a week during the first month for training (flexible, preferably to include Monday afternoons).
