Bonnie Hilory was hired as the Executive Director in January of 2005. In July the Board hired Bonnie as their first full-time Executive Director. Previously Bonnie was the Director of Education with the Museum of Flight, since 1998. Prior to the museum Bonnie worked as the camping services Director for Lake Wenatchee YMCA Camp. Bonnie has 30 years of experience with non profits, enjoys fund raising and sees fundraising as an opportunity to share the impact of the Haas Foundation with others. Terry Burns Terry Burns was hired as the Development Director in July of 2008. Previously Terry was the Senior Director Branch Advancement for the YMCA of Greater Seattle. Prior to his work at the Y, he served on the Provincial staff with the Jesuits of the Northwest and as Director of Annual and Planned Giving at Bellarmine Prep School in Tacoma. Terry’s history with the Haas Foundation dates back to his nine years of teaching and coaching at Seattle Prep where he utilized Haas funding for students in need. Terry is married to Laurie Johnston and has three year old daughter Alex and one year old son Connor.

Part-time staff not featured are: Manny Uson (Accounting), Jason Miller (Database) and Judy Simpson (Board Liaison).
